The silver pillar cactus is characterized by its cylindrical stems that can reach a height of up to 2-3 meters.
The surface of the cactus is covered with dense, white hairs and small yellow spines that give it its characteristic silvery sheen. The cactus grows upright and often forms several trunks that together create a columnar appearance.
