Originally discovered in the dense rainforests of the island of Sulawesi in Indonesia, Alocasia 'Jacklyn' quickly became known for its unique, deeply veined and dramatically lobed leaves. The name 'Jacklyn' is a mystery, as it is not clear who or what the plant is named after, which only adds to its allure.

Leaves: The emerald green leaves are decorated with darker veins and have small hairs. Its botanical name is said to come from "tanduk rusa," which translates to deer horn from Indonesian
