  • Plants are fragile

When buying live plants, transport can sometimes affect the condition of the plant. We strive to ensure that all plants arrive in good health, but minor transport damage, such as a broken leaf or bent stem, is sometimes unavoidable.

  • Weather conditions

In cold conditions, we pack the plants in insulating material. During the winter months, we therefore recommend that you buy a heating bag.

  • Pest

Plants live in a natural interaction with insects , and this is an inevitable part of the ecosystem. Our plants are naturally protected by the use of beneficial predatory insects but cannot guarantee plants completely free from pests. Despite this, we carefully inspect all our plants before they are shipped, to ensure they are free of parasites.
