Hoya mathilde splash, also known as "Wax Plant" or "Porcelain Flower," is a popular plant in the genus Hoya.

It is especially appreciated for its decorative leaves with unique silver spots and fragrant flowers.

Origin: Hoya mathilde's name remains somewhat unclear named after someone's daughter. It is a hybrid between Hoya Carnosa (China and Japan) and Hoya serpens (Himalayas)

Leaves: Small, round to oval with a pointed end, dark green with distinct silvery spots or "splashes."

Flowers: Star-shaped with five petals. Sweet and intense scent, especially in the evening. Blooms mostly in spring and summer, but can bloom several times a year under the right conditions.

Habit : Climbing or trailing, depending on how it is trained. Epiphytic roots, meaning they naturally grow on other plants without parasitizing.
